Our most popular package which simply takes care of everything and leaves you to sit back and enjoy the rental income without any hassle. Ideal if you don't live near your property or have a busy life and often find yourself pressed for time.

We will market your property effectively to ensure the right calibre tenants are secured. We will then ensure tenants undergo fastidious referencing to include credit checks, employment and landlords reference. Once referencing is determined suitable by our Directors we will then draw up all relevant documentation for the tenancy to include Tenancy Agreements. We will arrange for our independent inventory clerk to attend and carry out a full detailed inventory for your property to include timed and dated photographs in accordance with tenancy deposit legislation. Once tenants have moved in we will collect your monthly rent and provide you statement accordingly. We will inspect your property periodically reporting back to you accordingly. We will make suggestions for any maintenance or improvement works to ensure your property is always kept in excellent condition. During the tenancy we will effectively manage any issues which arise, updating you on progress along the way utilising both our experience and excellent team of trusted contractors. Fees 9.6% including VAT & Set up fees £300.00 including VAT


We find that this package is ideal for our experienced Landlords who have ample time to manage their properties day to day.

We use our expertise and resources to secure suitable tenants, ensure your tenancy is up and running and then we hand over to you to deal with day to day queries, collection of rent, chasing arrears and maintenance along with keeping up to date with ever changing legislation. Fees £420 including VAT
