Born and brought up in Southbourne, Ray Powis has been in a customer facing environment for over 20 years. Joining what has latterly become Countrywide Estate Agents in 1993, Ray was awarded top Regional Manager in the Southern Division in 2005. This was preceded by 8 years as Branch Manager, selling in excess of 1,000 homes in the Bournemouth area.
Ray’s overwhelming drive to open his own business with his wife Juliet has enabled him to be true to his own personal values of putting the customer first and being able to listen to the customer’s requirements and deliver a service that meets their needs.
Ray and Juliet were married locally in 1995 and have three lovely daughters who attend local schools, St James Primary School and Bournemouth School for Girls.
Juliet has spent all of her working career in Solicitors, specialising in conveyancing and having qualified as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2001. This inside knowledge will clearly be of a significant benefit to our customers throughout their move.
As part of the local St James Church community, Ray and Juliet hope to bring their personal values to their business of being honest, straightforward and conscientious in everything they do.
